Your ownership posture — how you approach and act upon your sense of ownership — can significantly influence your leadership effectiveness and team dynamics. In this session, we’ll explore the five types of ownership — mine, yours, ours, everybody’s, and nobody’s — and how your posture toward ownership affects decision-making, accountability, and collaboration. By understanding and improving your ownership posture, you’ll be better equipped to foster shared responsibility and lead with clarity.
