Plank Challenge: Tailor Yours for Maximum Effect
Ready to experience the longest two minutes of your life? Or make that five minutes, depending on your approach. That’s what I encountered last month when I did a 30-day plank challenge. I know. Such an endeavor sounds strangely like I want to create arduous tasks for myself for no reason. Not surprisingly, about 10 days in, I did have
